Interactive Illustration

Paper engineering plays a huge role within my practice! I love the tangible, interactive elements that come with pop-ups. They create an experience which makes the information presented more memorable.

This zine takes you on a chronological journey through Plymouth train station. Interactive elements, like flaps and cut-outs, have been used to enhance the narrative and transport you through each stage of the journey. I used a reportage approach for this zine - visiting the station every day to sketch and absorb my surroundings.
